The non-profit organization “Conscript’s school” protects the rights of conscripts, military personnel, and alternative employees. Since 2009, the organization has been conducting legal consultations for conscripts, helping to obtain a deferral or exemption from conscription, providing a free court lawyer, and assisting in obtaining a military ticket after 27 years. The “Conscript’s school” considers its mission to increase the legal literacy of conscripts and their parents.

"The School of recruit" was acclaimed to be a "foreign agent" after an inspection, conducted upon them by the Ministery of Justice, which resulted in this organization having foreign financing. The Ministery of Justice stated that foreign financing was realized through this organizations' reception of money from a Russian non-commercial organization "Legal mission", which was financed from abroad itself. Moreover, they acclaimed the placement of three contents on their website- articles, a repost of an article, and third-party interviews- to be political actions
