The 'Human Rights Resource Center' organized webinars, informational meetings on the issues of NGO activities. From 2009 to 2015, the organization together with the Saratov Public Foundation 'Society and Law' conducted a session of the School of human rights defenders. The participants could learn how to register an NGO, make changes to the statutory documents, how to interact with the authorities and local self-government, how to attract resources for the implementation of socially significant projects, and how to organize public control over the work of state authorities.
