The organisation and participation of Timur Kobalia in the Georgian-Russian Forum in Georgia in 2012, as well as a bicycle rally from Volgograd to Tbilisi, organised by Timur and his associate Sergo Narsia and Maria Kanevskaya in August 2012, were recognised as political activities.
