Reason for recognition
One of the main goals of the channel is to discredit the home and foreign policy of the Russian authorities, to create a negative image of our country and to criticize integration processes within the frameworks of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Given the special military operation, the hostile rhetorics of the media has strenthened. Materials blaming the leadership of Russia in the unreasonable aggression against Ukraine, occupation of its territories, stating the illegitimacy of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions joining the Russian Federation started to appear. Belsat actively cooperates and disseminates materials of organizations included into the register of foreign agents and those whose activity has been deemed undesirable in the territory of our country.
