The “Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation” assists the development of civil society in the countries of the Black Sea region—Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, and southern regions of Russia. Another goal of the foundation is to support free media and human rights organizations in Belarus in order to resist the dictatorial regime.
