Persistent hostility against Russia is being formed among students during the education process, the ultraliberal model of the European democracy is being imposed to them. The activities of the university, whose organizational structure includes persons who question the territorial integrity of the Russian state, publicly condemning the actions and decisions of the Russian leadership, pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order, territorial integrity and security of the state.
