The Eurasian Antimonopoly Association unites leading experts in the field of antimonopoly regulation and helps the antimonopoly services of the CIS countries to fight monopolists.

The organization's activities include the preparation of expert opinions (recommendations) on the application of antimonopoly legislation; the creation and implementation of information databases on the practice of applying antimonopoly legislation and the preparation of recommendations to antimonopoly authorities on the application of antimonopoly legislation.

The Eurasian Antimonopoly Association was recognized as a 'foreign agent' after it itself filed an application with the Ministry of Justice, becoming the first organization in the register on June 27, 2013. At the time of registration as a foreign agent, the Association independently declared that it was preparing to receive funding from four foreign organizations representing the United States, the United Kingdom and Kazakhstan, as well as two foreigners - citizens of Ukraine.
