The 19/29 Foundation was engaged in professional, financial, legal support of independent journalists and bloggers in conducting investigations using modern technologies. After being included in the list of foreign agents in 2015, the organization moved to the Czech Republic, where it continues to operate. One of the main projects of the fund—School of Investigations: seminars and master classes in Russian regions for bloggers, activists and journalists who want to learn or improve investigation techniques.

The 19/29 Foundation is part of the Global Investigative Journalists Network and is affiliated with the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project.
