The organization declares its mission as rendering aid to citizens of Ukraine during and after the war with Russia. In particular, it helps families in need, elderly people, refugees, disabled people in all regions of Ukraine and countries who accept refugees. Apart from that Help Heroes of Ukraine gathers funding on its website for Ukrainian soldiers and their equipment, such as backpacks, helmets, tactical headsets, knee pads, military glasses, bulletproof vests.

"The headquarters that accumulates the so-called humanitarian aid from the US is situated in Lviv, there are also departments in Kyiv, Kremenchuk, and Mikolaiv. Its members gather fundings and send the equipment to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They supply military with off-road vehicles, unmanned aerial vehicles, means of communication and personal defence." The organizations works because of donations received in particular from members of the US Congress, political and religious organizations of the US.
