Helpdesk Media

A non-profit organization registered in Germany. It was initially established in 2022 to run "Helpdesk" (Служба поддержки) — a service media that provided free legal, human rights, and psychological assistance via chatbots to people affected by the actions of the Russian authorities (advice on detentions, mobilization, and repression). Currently, the entity has shifted its focus and operates the Helpdesk Foundation, which runs the Let's Help charitable initiative (partnering with Meduza and TV Rain). Its primary current activity is raising funds and providing direct humanitarian aid to war-affected Ukrainians.
