The organization was a regional department of the All-Russian movement 'For Human Rights'. Its main activity is human rights assistance to those who need it in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria. The organization provided assistance to political prisoners, representatives of small businesses and individual entrepreneurs, pensioners and the poor, as well as other insufficiently protected groups of the population who need help to protect their rights.
