During the years of its existence, the organization was engaged in human rights assistance to the population of the Komi Republic. For 19 years of work, more than 6 thousand people have received help from volunteers and lawyers. In addition, the organization monitored the observance of voters' rights in elections to the State Duma and inspected places of detention and psychiatric institutions. in the region.

The commission also initiated the creation of the '7×7' online magazine, which brought together activists, lawyers, human rights defenders, and members of public organizations.
