Politologist, expert of the Center for Civil Liberties (Ukraine). Previously, he Lived in Krasnodar Territory and was charged with fraud within the frameworks of two criminal cases based on unproven episodes. He was arrested soon after his speech before the members of the Presidentail Council of Human Rights where he reported on persecution against NGOs. In one of the cases, Savva was given a suspended three-year sentence. He left Russia after the instigation of the second case. The remaining part of term was changed to the real prison one in absentia.
