'The Union' was a regional association of employers, which included on a voluntary basis employers and territorial associations of employers, regional sectoral (intersectoral) associations of employers, territorial sectoral (intersectoral) associations of employers, non-profit organizations, as well as associations of business entities.

The Employer's Union was a socially oriented non-profit organization based on the membership of employers and their associations.
