The "Institute of Regional Press" is a platform for the local media development. The IRP works with both novice journalists and professional, it provides opportunities for internships, releases training manuals, organizes seminars and conferences. The Institute's activities are aimed at developing independent media in Russia and improving the skills of journalists. The organization strives to return transparency, unbiasedness and independence to journalism.
