Politician, former coordinator of Navalny's Moscow headquarters. In 2021, he was sentenced to a year of limitation of freedom within the so-called 'sanitary case' instigated because of rallies in support of Alexey Navalny. In 2022, after Stepanov left Russia, the punishment was changed to a deprivation of freedom. In January 2022, he was put on the wanted list.
