The Center for Civic Education and Human Rights is engaged in protecting the interests of students of any kind, teachers, migrants, employees of various organizations. The mission of the center is to educate people, especially young ones, in the spirit of tolerance, non-violence, peacemaking, respect for human rights, the ideals of democracy and humanism. The largest projects are 'Human rights for the police', 'Lessons of tolerance', 'The year of civil education—2005'.
