'Fourth Sector' was a public organization that prepared a series of investigations and reports on the problems of the Perm Region. Among its most famous materials are those published in 2019 about LGBT people forced to leave Russia, about the problems of prosecution justice in Russia, about the deaths of prisoners, and those suspected of committing crimes in pre-trial detention centers, prisons, and police departments.
