The main activity of the 'Hotline' is a prompt response to reports of human rights violations, legal advice to victims and 'public lobbying' of their interests in state bodies. The organization accepts complaints on the topics of housing and communal services and housing law, labor law, as well as illegal actions of law enforcement agencies. In addition, the Hotline implemented a project to monitor the incidence of tuberculosis in places of detention in the Chelyabinsk region.
