The organization does not perform any functions. It was created by Maria Zheleznova, Petr Manyakhin, Yulia Lukyanova, Olga Churakova (former journalists of Project, whose legal entity was recognized as an undesirable organization) and Sophia Groisman (journalist of Dozhd), since "foreign agents", according to the new legislation, are obliged to establish a Russian LLC.
