Host of the Artpodgotovka (now Narodovlastie) videoblog, mastermind of the idea of revolution in Russia in 2017. Russian authorities considered the subscribers of Artpodgotovka blog as members of the eponymous political movement and deemed it extremist. A criminal case has been instigated against Maltsev under charges of calling for extremist activity and establishing a terrorist community. He has been placed in a wanted list and arrested in absentia.
