Reason for recognition
According to the Prosecutor General's office, the activities of the university are aimed at "violating the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, international blockade of the state and undermining its economic pillars, as well as destabilizing the social, economical and polical situation in the country." The office thinks that the university program preparing students for the "global leadership" is actually "training of opposition leaders of foreign countries." The comment says that leaders and activists of the Anti-Corruption Foundation led by Alexey Navalny graduated the program and "used the knowledge and technologies they had received at school in order to escalate the protest activity in the Russian Federation." The university is also allegedly searching for a legal ground to use blocked Russian assets in the West "for funding the Armed Forces of Ukraine."
