The Association of Schools of Political Research of the Council of Europe (ACPI) is a French nongovernmental organization whose goal is "civic education of young political, economic, social and cultural leaders of countries with economies in transition". The association annually holds seminars and conferences on human rights, European integration, democracy and globalization.
Every year more than a thousand ACPI alumni from all over the world meet in Strasbourg for the Council of Europe World Forum for Democracy, where they participate in plenary sessions and seminars of the highest level.
