The organization is funded by NATO, UK Foreign Ministry, Foreign Ministry of Finland and Heinrich Boll Foundation deemed undesirable in 2022. '[The center's] real goals are promoting the conception of broadening NATO and the anti-Russian agenda, demonstrative support of crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis. The organization publishes materials on its information resources where countries that do not agree with the direction of the 'collective West' are called aggressors and the goals of the special military operation are called aggressive.' The center's department, Young Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security, 'collects various information and works with youth.' It is partly funded by Carnegie Foundation and Friedrich Ebert Foundation that were deemed undesirable in Russia.
