Under the guise of 'englightening' the foundation attempts at creating information threats, organizing mass protest actions in Buryatia, widening the circle of persons supporting possible separatist sentiments among citizens of the republic. It also helps Russian soldiers terminate contracts and takes part in making sanction lists of the regional authorities in order to pass them to international instances.
