Project Harmony, an American non-governmental organization, was founded in 1985. The mission of the project is the implementation of various educational and cultural programs and assistance to the development of civil society in the post-Soviet space. It is alleged that the organization was involved in financing the Moscow Center for the Development of Social Initiatives "Proektoria".
