The "Soldiers' Mothers of St. Petersburg" is an organization that provides free legal support to conscripts, military personnel, and their families. In addition, it tracks violations of rights and legitimate interests of conscripts, military personnel, and their families, and then notifies the appropriate authorities or international human rights organizations.

The organization also develops the institute of alternative civil service: members of the "Soldiers' Mothers" run an emergency "hotline" and provide legal education to conscripts through a mobile application.
