The "Soldiers' Mothers of St. Petersburg" is an organization that provides free legal support to conscripts, military personnel, and their families. The organization also develops the institute of alternative civil service: members of the "Soldiers' Mothers" run an emergency "hotline" and provide legal education to conscripts through a mobile application.
